B2B Meetings - How does it work?
How does the online Workshop work?
The Workshop is similar to Speed-Dating. Tour operators, MICE and travel agencies, accommodations, touristic service providers and incoming agencies have online meetings that last about 15 minutes. In those 15 minutes, the participants have time to introduce themselves and talk about their plans. During those meetings no contracts are signed.
1) Registration
- Register via the green "Register now" button
- Fill out the required fields and questions.
At the registration you can choose, on what day and at what time you will be available. The more you are available, the more potential partners you can meet.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on this platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners (tour operator, travel agency, incoming agency, touristic service provider or accommodation) and who you want to meet.
A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Your profile will be visible on the website before, during and after the event.

3) Send & receive meeting requests from 12th October
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet online at the workshop. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
Booking rules:
- Everybody can send meeting requests to everyone
- Incoming meeting requests have to be accepted to be scheduled
At the profiles you will find the available days and hours of the participants.
4) Matchmaking Event
- Shortly before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.
- Prepare the meetings. Have a look again at the profiles of the partners.
- Please check if the audio and the camera on the computer work before the meetings.
- Please use Google Chrome, Firefox or other Browsers for the Meetings
During the meetings please exchange your contact details, which we can not pass to the other participants because of privacy rules.
